Are there any age restrictions?

We are a 21+ venue. All patrons must have a valid ID.


Where can I park near the club?

We offer Parking behind the building next to King BBQ and the parking lot directly north in the nearby lot.


Is there a drink minimum?

Comedy clubs have traditionally required a two drink minimum to offset the cost of the comedians and their bottom line. We do not. We ask you are kindly take care of your servers and enjoy our food and beverages as you see fit. Not outside food or drink.


How do I purchase tickets for a specific show?

Tickets can be pre-purchased online.

Please Note: Tickets are only available through witsendcharleston.com and ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling will be canceled at the discretion of Wit’s End.


What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.


What is the difference between General Admission and VIP tickets?

General Admission seating is assigned on a first-come, first-sat basis as you enter the showroom. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats will be.

VIP tickets are preferred tabletop seating.

Please Note: We do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee seats in a specific location.


What time should I arrive?

The showroom will be open 1 hr before all shows. We recommend arriving no later than 30 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals are not guaranteed seats and are not entitled to a refund.

Please Note: The box office will be closed between shows. You will only be able to pick up tickets when the box office is open for your showtime.


How can I ensure my party is seated together?

While we cannot guarantee seats together, groups should arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime and enter the showroom as a group for the best chance of being seated together.

Please Note: We will only seat complete groups. Your group must enter the showroom together to be seated together. In addition, we do not take seating requests and cannot guarantee you seats in a specific location.


Should I research the comedian before attending a show?

Ummm, we watch reviews of toothbrushes before we buy them. We are proud to have a curated list of comics coming through Charleston but we also understand not everyone may be your cup of tea.


How long do the shows typically last?

90 minutes


Is the club fully accessible?

Our showroom is fully accessible. Contact our box office for more information. We encourage all patrons to reach out to us to make accommodations.

Please Note: Our second floor does not have a fully accessible entrance


Is your club smoke-free?

Yes, however, smoke may be used at times by the comedians on stage.

Please Note: This includes e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.


Are cameras allowed in the club?

Patrons may take personal photographs before or after the show. Taking pictures and videotaping shows during the show without the club’s and the artist’s written consent is strictly prohibited.

Please Note: This policy is subject to change on a show-by-show basis. Some shows may require your phone to be put away upon entering the venue.


Do you offer food?

Great question! ABSOLUTELY! Come early and enjoy some of our amazing charcuterie and other goodies.
